About this tender
The contract covers the design and installation of a 4.95 MW (5.42 MWp) photovoltaic pumping system for the Comunitat de Regants de la Zona Oriental de la Terra Alta "Regzota", located in the municipality of La Pobla de Massaluca (Terra Alta, Catalonia). It is classified as a works project under CPV 45232120-9 (Irrigation works) and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The scope combines hydraulic installations (flows, pressures, valves and control points), electrical installations, the photovoltaic generation system integrated with the real energy demand of the pumping equipment, and automation for coordinated management of the whole irrigation modernisation system. The contracting authority has decided not to divide the contract into lots, arguing that the works form a single, functionally integrated system whose components cannot be delivered independently without risk to schedule, technical quality and allocation of liability. The contract duration is 2 years. Payment is monthly. No extensions, modifications or variants are foreseen. A 5% definitive guarantee applies, and bid validity is 2 months. Contract execution conditions include special environmental requirements on waste management and subcontracting. The tender was published on 8 October 2026 under file reference AG-2026-786. The tender documents include the administrative clauses (PCAP), technical specifications (PPT), plans, budget, a justification report and the connection/self-consumption authorisation file.
