About this tender
NI Water is establishing the IF109 Integrated Partnerships Framework to support delivery of its capital investment programme. It will succeed the existing IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework, which is due to expire in May 2028. The Framework is intended to support the PC28 investment programme and future regulatory periods, with a focus on capacity, capability, flexibility, value for money and resilience. The Framework will cover a range of works and related services, including programme and project management, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and other supporting or ancillary activities needed to deliver NI Water's capital programme. Its intended scope includes regulatory compliance, service improvement, resilience enhancement, environmental performance and long-term sustainability objectives. The Framework comprises four Lots: Lot 1 (Minor Civil Pipelaying Works), Lot 2 (Minor Civil Works), Lot 3 (Minor MEICA & Process Works) and Lot 4 (Major Civil, MEICA & Process Works). Together these Lots will support projects ranging from small-scale network investment and rehabilitation to large, complex, multidisciplinary capital programmes across NI Water's water and wastewater asset base. The Framework is designed for long-term delivery and is meant to accommodate changing programme, funding and operational requirements over its life. The page does not state a specific contract duration for IF109. The total framework value may be shared across all Lots.
