Provision of professional services for the update of the Emergency and Contingency Plan (PEC) for drinking water and sewerage services, in compliance with Resolution 154 of 2014 from the Ministry of Housing, Cities and Territory, and in response to the imminent consolidation of the El Niño phenomenon in the second semester of 2026.
