Joint effort between the Gobernación del Departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina and CORALINA (Corporación para el Desarrollo Sostenible del Archipiélago) to coordinate technical, administrative, human, physical, scientific, technological and financial resources. The objective is to develop coordinated actions for planning and institutional articulation to formulate, adopt, monitor and update the Environmental Plan and Departmental Water Plan for the Archipelago.
