Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Entsorgung der überwachungsbedürftigen Abfälle aus der Stadtreinigung zur Verwertung und zur Beseitigung nach dem Kreislauf-Abfallgesetz. Die Auflistung ist beispielhaft und hat keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit. Weitere Informationen entnehmen die bitte den anzufordernden Unterlagen. Die Entsorgung der Abfälle hat gemäß den Vorgaben des Kreislaufwirtschafts- und Abfallgesetz und den im Übrigen einschlägigen Spezialvorschriften zu erfolgen. Die Bieter müssen Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Projekten besitzen und entsprechende Referenzen nachweisen. Hierbei haben die Bieter mindestens 3 Referenzprojekte der letzten 3 Jahre zu benennen. Des Weiteren muss es sich bei den Bietern um einen zertifizierten Entsorgungsfachbetrieb handeln. Das entsprechende, noch gültige Überwachungszertifikat ist zum Nachweis der Zertifizierung in Kopie dem Angebot beizufügen.
