Tarjouspyyntö koskee Vihdin kunnan omistamien kiinteistöjen (esim. koulut, päiväkodit, terveysasema ja kirjasto), sekä hallinnassa ja vastuulla olevien kiinteistöjen ja toimitilojen otsikossa mainittuja vuosikorjaustöitä laskutustyönä tuntiveloitusperiaatteella tai kiinteällä kokonaishinnalla 1.11.2026-30.10.2028. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden optiolla kerrallaan (1+1 vuotta) 2029 ja 2030. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo 5 400 000 € koskee koko puitejärjestelyä ja sopimuskumppaneita.
