Die the funder plant im Rahmen des Netzausbauprogramms MainNetzausbau die Errichtung neuer 380 kV Hochspannungsleitungen im Süden von Frankfurt am Main. Aufgrund der komplexen Raumsituation werden die dortigen Hochspannungsleitungen abschnittsweise als unterirdische Kabeltunnel realisiert, welche aus betrieblichen Gründen für Wartungspersonal zugänglich sind.
