About this tender
The Nevşehir State Hospital Chief Physicianship is procuring a service for the collection, transport, interim storage and disposal (bertaraf) of medical and hazardous waste for calendar year 2027. The total quantity is 37,870 kg. The tender is an open procedure under Law No. 4734 (Public Procurement Law), Article 19, and is run electronically through EKAP. The waste must be delivered to and handled at the Nevşehir State Hospital Hazardous Waste Depot (Nevşehir Devlet Hastanesi Tehlikeli Atık Deposu). The contractor must hold the required transport and facility licences, and the tender specifies that only waste codes accepted by the facility may be received. Pricing is by unit price: bidders enter a unit price for each work item, and the total is the unit price multiplied by the quantity. The contract will be signed on a unit-price basis with the winning bidder. The tender covers the entire work; partial bids are not accepted. The work period runs from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (one year). Full scope details are in the administrative specification within the EKAP tender documents.
