Aufwertung bestehender Haltestellen zu intermodalen Umsteigepunkten durch zusätzliche Elemente. Die sieben aufzuwertenden Haltestellen befinden sich alle im Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm (Rheinland-Pfalz). Vorrangig zu erbringen sind die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 4–8 für die Leistungsbilder Freianlagen sowie Gebäude / Innenräume.
