Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych, selektywnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych zlokalizowanych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Zarszyn oraz transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z gminnego punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów (GPSZOK). Usługa odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych obejmuje następujące miejscowości: Bażanówka, Długie, Jaćmierz, Jaćmierz-Przedmieście, Nowosielce, Odrzechowa, Pastwiska, Pielnia, Posada Jaćmierska, Posada Zarszyńska i Zarszyn. Zameldowanych na pobyt stały w Gminie Zarszyn na dzień 30 września 2026 r. było 8834 osób. Odbieraniem odpadów komunalnych objętych zostanie około 7122 osób (liczba mieszkańców na podstawie danych pochodzących ze złożonych przez właścicieli nieruchomości deklaracji o wysokości opłaty za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi), które zamieszkują w 2496 gospodarstwach na terenie 11 sołectw, podzielonych na 2 rejony. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
