Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Dzierzkowice w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. 2. Szczegółowe dane charakteryzujące zamówienie: Powierzchnia gminy Dzierzkowice – 87,2 km². 3. Łączna liczba mieszkańców Gminy Dzierzkowice wg danych z ewidencji ludności wynosi 5186 - stan na dzień 27.10.2026 r.. Powyższe dane o liczbie osób zamieszkujących mogą ulec zmianie (ruch ludności), jak również liczba nieruchomości w wyniku oddania do użytku i zamieszkania nowych budynków lub wyludnienia i rozbiórki budynków mieszkalnych istniejących. 4. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również zapewnienie przez wykonawcę w ramach złożonej oferty odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z miejscowości, punktów adresowych o utrudnionym dojeździe samochodu śmieciarki. Dotyczy to miejscowości o niekorzystnym ukształtowaniu terenu i położeniu nieruchomości zamieszkałych w oddaleniu od utwardzonej drogi publicznej, m.in. kolonijnej zabudowy itp. Wykonawca zorganizuje sobie odbiór odpadów w taki sposób, aby pojemniki z odpadami były dostarczone z posesji do drogi publicznej po której swobodnie może poruszać się samochód śmieciarka. 5. Szacunkowa liczba nieruchomości, z których będą odbierane odpady komunalne – 1402 (przewiduje się, w trakcie trwania zamówienia wzrost lub zmniejszenie liczby gospodarstw domowych, z których będą odbierane odpady o +/- 2%). 6. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają: 1) załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) załącznik nr 10 do SWZ – wzór umowy.
