1. Postępowanie jest prowadzone w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 ustawy. 2. Informacje dotyczące warunków udziału w postępowaniu zawarte są w Rozdziale VIII Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ). 3. Przesłanki wykluczenia Wykonawców z postępowania zawarte są w Rozdziale IX Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia 4. Wymagane dokumenty zawarte są w Rozdziale X SWZ . Wymagane dokumenty od podmiotów zagranicznych zawarte są w Rozdziale X SWZ 6. Na podstawie art. 139 ust. 1ustawy zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 7. Termin wykonania zamówienia: 365 dni od dnia 01.01.2027 r. 8. Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości udzielania zamówień podobnych, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy. 8. Zgodnie z art. 138 ust. 4 ustawy z 11.09.2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz.U. z 2023 r., poz. 1605 z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej "ustawa", Zamawiający wyznaczył termin składania ofert krótszy niż termin określony w art. 138 ust. 1 ustawy, ponieważ składanie ofert odbywa się w całości przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej, w sposób określony w art. 63 ust. 1 ustawy.
