About this tender

The Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, Niederlassung West, is procuring naturschutzrechtliche Fachbeiträge (nature conservation expert contributions) for tender ENB BW 5711602 (procurement no. 260-26-1017). The services are needed to secure the building-law approval (Baurechtschaffung) for the replacement new build of the agricultural/economic road bridge BW 5912 637 on the A 61 near Rheinböllen. The deliverables are a Landschaftspflegerischer Begleitplan (LBP, landscape management plan) and a Fachbeitrag Artenschutz (species protection contribution). The contributions are based on a faunistic planning-area analysis already carried out at the start of technical planning. The preliminary review identifies construction-related impacts as the main concern, mainly habitat loss in the immediate surroundings of the abutments and the planned construction-site (BE) areas, plus disturbance from construction traffic in adjacent shrub and forest areas along the access routes. The assessment must take into account the significant existing pre-load from the A 61 near the bridge structure. The contract is awarded for the whole service only; partial bids are not permitted and variant bids (Nebenangebote) are excluded. The execution period runs from 15 January 2027 to 10 November 2027, with individual deadlines set out in the contract terms. The bid-binding period ends 14 January 2027. The procedure is an open tender under § 8 UVgO, conducted fully electronically. Award is on the basis of lowest price.

Insurance: professional or operational liability insurance with minimum cover of €1.5 million for personal injury and €1.0 million for other damage (property and financial loss).
