Die Stadt Nidda plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses im Ortsteil Ober-Lais. Das Raumprogramm des geplanten Neubaus umfasst eine Nettofläche von 490,00 m², die Baukosten KG 200-400 betragen 3,12 Mio. Euro brutto, davon entfallen auf die KG 400 Baukosten in Höhe von 870.000 Euro brutto. Ausgeschrieben werden die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Gebäudeausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1-5, 7 und 8 gemäß §55 HOAI, LPH 1-9, Einstufung in Honorarzone II. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Stufe 1 HOAI LPH 1, 2, 3, 4 und Stufe 2 HOAI LPH 5, 6, 7, 8 und Stufe 3 HOAI LPH 9.
