Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy, o kodzie 20 03 01, w planowanej ilości maksymalnej 100 000 Mg. Ilość odpadów przekazywanych do zagospodarowania jest zależna od ilości odpadów wytwarzanych przez mieszkańców m.st. Warszawy oraz innych czynników określonych m.in. w pkt 6 Części II SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
