About this tender
Palvelusopimus käsittää Pohjois-Pohjanmaan säännöstelypatojen vika- ja häiriötilannepalvelusopimuksen mukaiset työt. Tehtävänä on toimia myös Lapin elinvoimakeskuksen vesitalousosaston säännöstelypatoihin liittyvissä asiantuntijatehtävissä ja huolehtia sopimuksen piiriin kuuluvista varusteista omistajan näkökulmasta kustannustehokkaasti. Sopimuskausi on kolme vuotta. Ensimmäisen sopimusvuoden hinnat ovat kiinteät. Toisen ja kolmannen sopimusvuoden hintoja voidaan tarkistaa tarjouspyynnössä määritellyn indeksiehdon mukaisesti. Sopimusta voidaan molempien osapuolien hyväksynnällä jatkaa yhdellä kahden (2) vuoden optiokaudella. Optiokauden hinta määräytyy tarjouspyynnössä määritellyn indeksiehdon mukaisesti. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, sillä työt muodostavat kokonaisuuden, jota tilaaja hallinnoi tehokkaimmin yhden sopimuksen kautta. Palvelusopimuksen sisältö on määritelty tarkemmin sopimusasiakirjoissa.
