Die the funder beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Parkhauses, in dem auf dem Dach Gewerbeflächen und im EG zusätzliche Flächen eingelagert werden sollen. Der Standort an der Lebzelterstraße weist eine überbaute Fläche im Bereich von über 3.000m² auf 3 bis 5 Geschossen auf. Die Baufläche befindet sich nahe an der Sempt.
