Das Staatliche Bau- und Liegenschaftsamt Neubrandenburg wurde vom Land M-V mit der Aufstellung einer EW-Bau für die Grundsanierung des Lehrgebäudes 2 inkl. Schadstoffsanierung der Fachhochschule in Güstrow beauftragt. Im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsuntersuchung wurde herausgestellt, dass die Durchführung der Baumaßnahme in drei Bauabschnitten erfolgt.
