Le mandat vise l'opération, la surveillance, le suivi réglementaire et l'entretien courant des systèmes de traitement d'eau potable alimentés par puits appartenant au Centre de services scolaire des Sommets (CSSDS). Le prestataire doit assurer le respect des exigences applicables du Règlement sur la qualité de l'eau potable (RQEP) pour l'ensemble des installations visées. Le mandat comprend également les analyses d'eau des 4 piscines du CSSDS ainsi que le respect du RQEPABA. Le prestataire doit fournir toutes les ressources professionnelles, techniques et administratives nécessaires à la réalisation du mandat. Le prestataire agit à titre de responsable de l'exploitation des systèmes de traitement d'eau potable visés et doit maintenir leur conformité réglementaire. La durée estimée du contrat est de 36 mois. Le territoire de livraison est l'Estrie.
