Implementierung einer PV-Anlage: Die zu beauftragende Generalplanungsleistung beinhaltet die baldmögliche Erstellung von Planungsunterlagen und Funktionsbeschreibungen der Objektplanung und der TGA als Grundlage für die Umsetzung der Maßnahme. Es soll eine für den Ort Conakry sinnvolle und langlebige Konstruktionsart und Ausführung gefunden werden. Die Umsetzung soll 2026-2027 erfolgen.
