About this tender
Planning and execution of a three-storey primary school building in modular timber construction (Holzmodulbauweise). The basement level will be constructed on-site consisting of retaining walls, technical room, and steel structure as foundation for timber modules. Building to be delivered as general contractor performance by timber construction company including: modular building/structure with gable roof and tile covering, windows and external doors, sun protection, electrical systems, heating and ventilation systems, sanitary facilities, interior finishing (levels 1 and 2), design planning and project management, logistics, transport, and assembly. Project duration: 30 November 2026 – 16 September 2027, with milestones for modular design planning (12/2026–03/2027), production (04/2027–08/2027), and assembly (08/2027–09/2027).
Bidder eligibility
Participation in at least one of two mandatory site visit (Begehung) on 29.09.2026 (10:00 or 14:00) is required and forms part of eligibility criteria. Participation will be documented and confirmed by the contracting authority. The characteristic performance must be provided by the bidder. Subcontractors are permitted but the main bidder must perform the characteristic service; sub-subcontractors are not allowed. Each subcontractor must submit completed 'Angaben zur Unternehmung' form. Bidding consortia not permitted. Multiple tenders from subcontractors or consortia members not permitted. Pre-involved tenderer (Erne AG, Holzbau Laufenburg) is permitted to participate.
