Tarjouspyyntö koskee kuntoarvioiden ja kiinteistöjen nykytilakartoituksen laadintaa hankintayksikön omistamiin ja hallinnoimiin kiinteistöihin sekä asuntojen kuntotarkastusten hankintaa hankintayksikön omistamiin asuntoihin. Hankintayksikkö haluaa varmistua kohteiden nykyisestä kunnosta sekä tulevien vuosien huoltotarpeista kustannusarvioineen. Hankintaan sisältyy myös energiatodistusten laadinta osiossa 1.
