Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w szczególności polegających na: 1) odbieraniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości na terenie miasta Radzyń Podlaski, 2) zorganizowaniu, wyposażeniu i prowadzeniu Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK), w tym Punktu Wymiany Rzeczy Używanych oraz zorganizowaniu i prowadzeniu na terenie miasta Biura Obsługi Klienta przystosowanego do obsługi osób niepełnosprawnych, 3) transport odebranych odpadów komunalnych oraz odpadów zebranych w PSZOKu do instalacji przetwarzania odpadów i instalacji odzysku i unieszkodliwiania odpadów.
