About this tender
Open procedure for the selection of a contractor to execute manual refuse collection services in door-to-door mode in the municipalities of Pieve Ligure and Sori. The tender is reserved pursuant to Article 61, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 36/2023 to economic operators and social cooperatives and their consortia whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons. The award will be made according to the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
