Hankinta koskee jätevesimädätteen poiskuljettamista Metsäsairila Oy:n alueella (Kiertotaloudenkatu 18, 50800 Mikkeli) toimivan yhtiön omistaman biojalostamon varastosäiliöstä. Mädätteen noutoon tarvitaan imuauto, joka päästöluokituksiltaan täyttää Euro VI -kriteerit. Tarjousasiakirjaan on ladattava vapaamuotoinen tiedosto, josta ilmenevät perustiedot palvelun tuottamiseen käytettävästä kalustosta (merkki, vm, euroluokitus, säiliön tilavuus, akselien lkm, päästöt). Mädäte on orgaanista maanparannusainetta, joka täyttää Ruokaviraston sille lannoitekäyttöön asettamat vaatimukset. Mädätettä ei ole separoitu ja sen kuiva-ainepitoisuus on noin 11,5 %. Mädätteen tuotanto on jatkuvaa ja sitä syntyy noin 3 800 - 5 500 tonnia vuodessa. Tuorein, vuoden 2025 lopun näytteistä koostettu tuoteseloste on lisätty tämän tietopyynnön liiteasiakirjaksi. Tuoreempaa tuoteselostetta ei ole, koska reaktori on ollut huoltotoimien vuoksi poissa tuotantokäytöstä kuluneen kesän ajan. Mädätettä syntyy jatkuvasti, joten sen noutokin on jatkuvatoimista. Mädätteen poiskuljetus tapahtuu tilauksesta, josta palvelun tarjoajalla on 1 viikko aikaa noutaa tuote varastosäiliöstä. Varastosäiliö, jonka vetoisuus on noin 750 t mädätettä, ajetaan tyhjäksi yhdellä kertaa tai toimitaan muulla, yhteisesti sovitulla toimintatavalla. Palvelun tuottajan tulee täyttää kaikki tarjouspyyntöön liittyvät ja mädätteen noudosta aiheutuvat kustannukset. Vastuu tuotteesta ja sen hallinta siirtyvät palvelun tuottajalle, kun se on siirretty varastosäiliöstä imuautoon. Palvelu on oltava tarjolla heti sopimuskauden alkaessa.
