Zum Gebäudekomplex gehört die Adolph-Kolping-Berufsschule (Bau B), eine private Berufsschule zur sonderpädagogischen Förderung, die sich zur größten Förderberufsschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt Lernen in Unterfranken entwickelt hat. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Ingenieurleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung (TGA) für die Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9.
