Die Kolping-Schulwerk GmbH beabsichtigt die umfassende Sanierung und zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung des Bildungs- und Schulzentrums Adolph Kolping am Standort Goerdelerstraße 3 in Würzburg-Heuchelhof (Ausführungsort laut Veröffentlichung: Kolpingplatz 1, 97070 Würzburg). Zum Gebäudekomplex gehört u. a. die Adolph-Kolping-Berufsschule, Bau B, eine private Berufsschule zur sonderpädagogischen Förderung, die sich zur größten Förderberufsschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt Lernen in Unterfranken entwickelt hat. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Ingenieurleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6, und zwar die Leistungsphasen 1–3 sowie 5–9. Die Vergabe erfolgt als Dienstleistungsauftrag (CPV 71300000-1, Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros) im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb (EU) nach VgV.
