Työt suoritetaan asuinkerrostalojen ja rivitalojen yleisissä (rappukäytävät, irtainvarastot, saunatilat, kerhotilat, askartelutilat...) sisätiloissa ja piha-alueella. Työ käsittää eri kohteissa valaisimien uusimisen sähkötekniset työt työselostuksen ja dokumenttien mukaisessa laajuudessa. Työn sisältö pääpiirteittäin: - Valaisimien uusiminen valaisinluettelon esittämässä laajuudessa LED:eiksi. - Johdotusten uusiminen / lisääminen tarvittavassa laajuudessa. - Valaisinkupujen puhdistaminen, jos valaisinta ei vaihdeta. - Uusien valaisimien asennus. - Pylväsvalaisimien / pylväsvalojen valonlähteiden vaihdot.
