About this tender
The Ville de Fribourg, through its Service du génie civil, de l'environnement et de l'énergie (GCEE), Secteur Ponts et Chaussées, is procuring civil engineering works for the complete redevelopment of the Vignettaz-Daler square in Fribourg (Quartier Beaumont-Vignettaz, between the Villars, Vignettaz and Poudrière roads). The tender is an open procedure under CPV 45000000 (construction work), with additional codes for excavation and earthworks (45112000), pipeline and cable ancillary works (45232000) and surface covering works (45233200). The works include a major de-sealing of the site, converting about two-thirds of the mineral surfaces into vegetated areas. The existing car park will be removed and replaced by a multipurpose lawn and a children's play area. The kiosk will be renovated and reoriented toward a gravel plaza. The basketball court will become a multisports area, and a playground with a water feature fed from the potable water network will be built. Road works include creating shared-space zones (zones de rencontre) on the Vignettaz and Poudrière roads, planting beds along the carriageway edges, and redeveloping and bringing the bus stop on the Route de Villars into compliance with the LHand (including contrasting strips and tactile mast elements). New street furniture and lighting will also be installed. Landscaping works are being tendered separately, but they run in parallel and are closely linked to this contract. The successful bidder must plan and coordinate with the other contractors, and this coordination is to be included in the bid. The contract duration is not specified and the contract cannot be extended. Tender documentation is in French only.
