Creation of a research study examining provision and reuse patterns of research data, including reasons for usage and non-usage. The study will identify obstacles, challenges, prerequisites, and best practices for successful research data provision and reuse. Based on findings, the second phase will develop actionable recommendations and incentive measures to improve framework conditions and promote increased interdisciplinary reuse of research data.
