About this tender
The Ajuntament de Corbera d'Ebre is procuring the rehabilitation of the central and eastern section of Carrer de Sant Marc (expediente 565/2026). The works consist of resurfacing the road section and renewing the services in poor condition or now obsolete, mainly the sewerage network, the potable water supply network and the public lighting network. The contract is a works contract (Work projects) under an ordinary open simplified procedure, with a single envelope submitted electronically via digital envelope. It is not harmonised, not EU-funded, and not divided into lots. Variants are not admitted, and no extensions, modifications or price revision are planned. Special environmental execution conditions apply as set out in clause 21 of the PCAP. The procurement documents include the PCAP, the technical prescriptions, the project and annexes, the justification memorandum, and the approval certificate. The notice was published on 19/10/2026.
