The Ajuntament d'Olesa de Bonesvalls is procuring the execution of the second phase of the storm-water collection network in the Pla del Pèlag urbanisation, municipality of Olesa de Bonesvalls. The works cover specific networks nº 1, 3, 8, 14, 20, 25 (extension), 26 and 27 as set out in the approved basic and execution project for the storm-water network of that urbanisation. Business classification: Group G (Roads and tracks), Subgroup 6 (Road works without specific qualification), Category 1 (contracts up to EUR 150,000). Economic and financial solvency: minimum annual volume of business of EUR 97,300 (evidenced by annual accounts); civil liability insurance for professional risks of at least EUR 300,000 (evidenced by insurance policy or certificate). Technical solvency: a list of works carried out in the last five years, where the cumulative annual amount in the year of greatest execution must be at least 70% of the estimated contract value, i.e. EUR 54,040.23 excluding VAT (evidenced by certificates of good quality). Academic and professional qualifications are required for the company's managers and for the person responsible for the works and the technicians directly in charge. A declaration of available machinery, material and technical equipment is also required.
