About this tender
This procurement concerns the execution of site investigations (siteonderzoeken) on private land in the provinces of West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, and the western part of Vlaams-Brabant. Under Flemish decree, all risk sites must have undergone a preliminary soil investigation (oriënterend bodemonderzoek) by no later than 2027, including plots owned by private individuals who qualify for an exemption from the investigation or remediation obligation. OVAM (the Flemish public waste authority) intends to carry out these investigations ex officio through site investigations. …
