About this tender

Dabas Város Önkormányzata is procuring the development of the city's sewage collection and treatment system under a design-and-build contract. The works include a minimum 6-month trial operation and warranty-period obligations. Design documentation was prepared under support contract KEHOP-2.1.3-15-2022-00105, and the contract follows the FIDIC Red Book conditions. A preliminary environmental review concluded that a full environmental impact assessment is not required (decision PE/KTHF/00172-15/2024). Part 1 covers three work packages. (a) A new greenfield sewage treatment plant on plot 0148/5-8 outside Dabas, with SBR technology, organic capacity of 30,670 PE and treatment capacity of 3,100 m3/day. It replaces the 1975 plant, which is close to residential areas and overloaded. The plant already holds a water-law permit and a building permit. (b) A poplar irrigation field, with a total of 49 ha (21.5 ha existing plus 27.5 ha new) across four irrigation blocks. Scope includes a pressurised pipe system of 10,904 m, drainage pipes of 100,660 m, 25,000 trees to plant, sludge removal and soil rehabilitation, and four new groundwater monitoring wells. (c) Sewer network and manholes from governor shafts 1, 2 and 3 to the treatment plant, including a new terminal lift station, twin pressure mains and a potable water line for the plant. Trial operation does not affect this package. Pressure mains (Ny-3 to Ny-8) total about 4,957 m and are to be priced separately, with the sewer network covered by its own water-law permit. The contract includes a minimum 6-month trial operation and warranty-period services. The tender refers to partial bids (részajánlat), which suggests the procurement is divided into parts or lots.
