Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Durchführung eines vollständigen Durchgangs des Stichprobenmonitorings des Feldhamsters (Cricetus cricetus) in Sachsen-Anhalt im Rahmen des Bundes- und Landesmonitorings nach Artikel 11 und 17 der FFH-Richtlinie. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Geländeerhebungen auf festgelegten Monitoringflächen und -gebieten in den Jahren 2027 und 2028, die Erfassung populations- und habitatbezogener Parameter nach den vorgegebenen Monitoringkonzepten, die Bewertung des Erhaltungszustands der Art nach den geltenden bundes- und landesspezifischen Bewertungsschemata sowie die Aufbereitung, Dokumentation und Bereitstellung der erhobenen Daten. Bestandteil des Auftrags sind ferner die Erstellung eines Zwischenberichts sowie eines abschließenden Endberichts für den vollständigen Monitoringdurchgang einschließlich digitaler Geodaten, Datentabellen und weiterer Dokumentationsunterlagen.
