Der Kurpark Bad Neuenahr ist eine denkmalgeschützte Parkanlage, welche Bestandteil der baulichen Gesamtanlage Kurbezirk ist. Mit dem Thermalbadhaus, dem Steigenberger Kurhotel sowie dem Kurhaussaal mit Spielbank bildet der Kurpark das historische Kurviertel des Stadtteils Bad-Neuenahr. Im südlichen Randbereich des Kurparks befindet sich das Gebäude Kurparkterrassen. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit Untergeschoss. In massiver Bauweise 1972 errichtet, wurde das Gebäude durch die Flutkatastrophe im Juli 2021 im Unter- und Erdgeschoss stark beschädigt. …
