The Cité de Dorval is procuring the supply, delivery and installation, on a turnkey basis, of three (3) new eco-friendly autonomous toilets (toilettes écologiques autonomes) to be installed in municipal parks. The units must be designed for outdoor use and adapted to Quebec climatic conditions. They must collect and treat organic matter using a system operating exclusively through the combined action of wind and solar energy. No connection to the sewer network or the electrical grid is permitted, and the use of chemical products for operation or maintenance is strictly prohibited. The work includes supplying and installing a base or platform (foundation) that provides universal accessibility to each toilet for all users. The contractor must provide all labour, equipment, materials, accessories and supplies needed to complete the work in accordance with the technical specifications.
