About this tender
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, eine architektonisch ansprechende Heizzentrale zur Wärmeversorgung mehrerer Gebäude auf einer Liegenschaft zu errichten. Die Heizzentrale befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Kurparks und innerhalb eines Wohngebiets. Die Heizzentrale soll mit Großwärmepumpen betrieben werden. Als Wärmequelle ist Außenluft vorgesehen. Ergänzend sind elektrische Zusatzheizungen nach dem Power-to-Heat-Prinzip (PtH) vorzusehen. Die erzeugte Wärme wird über ein Nahwärmenetz zu den angeschlossenen Gebäuden transportiert. Das Vorhaben wird in zwei Bauabschnitten umgesetzt: - 1. Bauabschnitt (BA 1): Neubau der Heizzentrale mit einer thermischen Gesamtleistung von 300 kW sowie Herstellung der zugehörigen Wärmeversorgung. - 2. Bauabschnitt (BA 2): Erweiterung der Wärmeerzeugung auf eine thermische Gesamtleistung von 1.000 kW im Endausbau sowie Anschluss weiterer Bestandsgebäude. Die Planung beider Bauabschnitte muss von Beginn an auf den späteren Endausbau ausgelegt werden. Dabei sind insbesondere die baulichen, technischen, hydraulischen, elektrischen und regelungstechnischen Schnittstellen zu berücksichtigen. Die Planung muss einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb im Teilausbau und im Endausbau ermöglichen. Eine genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung ist den Vergabeunterlagen beigelegt.
