Technical assistance for supervisory engineering direction (Dirección Facultativa), safety and health coordination, and environmental control in emergency interventions within the public hydraulic domain of intra-community river basins in Andalusia following storm events between 10 November 2025 and 9 February 2026. This is Phase 2, Lot 2, covering riverbeds and tributary streams in the vicinity of municipalities (T.T.M.M.) of El Bosque and Espera in Cádiz province, and in the area of Pruna municipality in Sevilla province.
