Die DRK Kliniken Berlin führen ihre Standorte Mitte und Westend im Zuge der Krankenhausreform 2025 und der zunehmenden Ambulantisierung zusammen. Der Standort Mitte wird geschlossen; die vollstationäre Versorgung bleibt dort bis mindestens 2028 sichergestellt. Der Standort Westend entwickelt sich zum Maximalversorger der Versorgungsstufe Level 3 mit umfassender Notfallversorgung. Hierfür werden am Standort Westend bauvorbereitende Maßnahmen umgesetzt.
