The funder sekä Espoon kaupungin tytäryhtiöt (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytävät tarjouksia Toimitilojen teknisten selvitysten, tutkimusten ja suunnittelun hankintaan. Sopimuksen kesto on neljä (4) vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta, kuitenkin enintään 20.1.2031 asti. Palvelutuotanto alkaa (kuitenkin vasta) 21.1.2027. Hankinnan jakaminen osiin Hankintayksikkö on arvioinut hankinnan jakamista osiin ja päätynyt toteuttamaan hankinnan puitejärjestelynä.
