Original: Atès que segons es fa constar al projecte, l'actuació dona continuïtat al Projecte integral de recuperació ambiental, posada en valor i activació turística del nucli històric de Ginestar (VIURE AL POBLE +), mitjançant el qual l'Ajuntament va renovar i reurbanitzar part del nucli antic, i té per objecte anar adequant la resta de carrers del nucli urbà. El carrer Nou forma part de l'eixamplament del casc històric de Ginestar; és un vial ja urbanitzat i disposa de tots els serveis urbanístics, però el seu paviment i les seves xarxes de serveis requereixen ser renovats. L'actuació se situa a la part sud del carrer Nou, amb una superfície d'intervenció de 343,48 m², i proposa la reurbanització del carrer amb una plataforma única més adaptada als vianants. Es preveu l'enderroc total del paviment i de la subbase de la calçada i la formació d'una plataforma única acabada amb lloses de formigó de 20x40x8 cm col·locades en espiga, en continuïtat amb el paviment existent dels carrers annexos. Així mateix, es preveu la renovació de la xarxa de sanejament, una nova xarxa de recollida d'aigües pluvials (connectada provisionalment al sanejament), la renovació de la xarxa d'aigua potable i de les connexions existents, la col·locació i soterrament de la xarxa de telecomunicacions, la renovació de l'enllumenat públic amb lluminàries

The Ajuntament de Ginestar is procuring the urbanisation of Carrer Nou, a street in the historic core (eixamplament del casc històric) of Ginestar. The contract type is works (Work projects), with an estimated value of €88,443.82 excluding VAT (21% VAT brings the base tender to €107,017.02). Execution period is 2 months, from 30/11/2026 to 31/01/2027. No extensions, modifications, price revision or variants are foreseen. The contract is not divided into lots, with the buyer citing article 99.3.b of the Spanish procurement law on the need for coordinated execution.

Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency: annual volume of business, accredited through annual accounts. Technical solvency: list of works projects undertaken in the last five years, accredited through certificates of good quality production. Definitive guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required. Provisional guarantee is not required. Complementary guarantee is not required. The contract is not reserved for social or sheltered employment programmes, and no social or environmental technical prescriptions or special execution conditions apply.
