Urban transformation of sports plot into climate refuge, Sant Jordi de Cercs 2026 Tender
Original: L’àmbit d’actuació comprèn una parcel·la de 6.995,22 m² situada a Sant Jordi de Cercs, al costat de lazona esportiva municipal i del camp de futbol. Actualment, la parcel·la disposa d’una pista de tennis, una pista de pàdel i un espai destinat a serveis tècnics amb dipòsits de gas enterrats. La resta de la superfície s’utilitza principalment com a zona d’aparcament de vehicles vinculats al camp de futbol. El paviment existent és majoritàriament de sorra i la vegetació es limita a quatre moreres situades al costat de la pista de tennis. Aquesta configuració comporta una manca de vegetació i d’espais d’ombra, així com la necessitat de millorar l’accessibilitat, ordenar els recorreguts i compatibilitzar els usos esportius, d’estacionament i d’esbarjo. El projecte global preveu la transformació integral de l’àmbit en un refugi climàtic mitjançant les actuacions següents: - Urbanització i accessibilitat: adequació de la parcel·la i dels espais viaris vinculats, millora de les voreres, reorganització dels accessos i creació d’itineraris accessibles que connectin les diferents zones de l’espai. - Renaturalització i zones verdes: plantació d’arbrat i vegetació arbustiva i herbàcia. - Millora dels paviments: execució de paviments drenants i actuacions destinades a augmentar la permeabilitat del sòl. - Millora dels equipaments esportius: construcció d’un circuit de pump-track i una zona de cal·listènia, mantenint les pistes de tennis i pàdel existents. - Ordenació de l’estacionament i mobilitat sostenible - Instal·lacions d'enllumenat públic i mobiliari urbà.
