Auf dem innerstädtischen Grundstück der Königsegg-Grundschule in Immenstadt wird die bestehende Sporthalle zurückgebaut und durch einen Ersatzneubau mit Sporthalle, Verwaltung für Schule und Hort, Kinderhort und Mensa ersetzt. Die beengte innerstädtische Lage erfordert eine kompakte Lösung am Standort der bisherigen Halle.
