Die Bestandssanierung (FuR) umfasst dabei mehrere kleinere, neue Anbauten an das Bestandsgebäude, Umbauten im Bestand, eine Brandschutzertüchtigung, eine Sanitärkernsanierung, eine Abhangdeckensanierung sowie einen barrierefreien Ausbau. Leistungsumfang: 6 Stk. Deckenlüftungsgerät 150m³/h, 1 Stk. Deckenlüftungsgerät 630m³/h, 1 Stk. Deckenlüftungsgerät 1.600m³/h, 8 Stk. Brandschutzüberströmklappe, 1 Stk. Kunststoff Dachventilator 350m³/h, 1 Stk. Single-Split-Anlage 4kW - R290.
