About this tender

The Gmina Szreńsk (municipality) is procuring the collection, transport and treatment of municipal waste from residential properties in the Gmina and from the selective waste collection point (PSZOK) at ul. Bieżuńska 16, Szreńsk. The service must be delivered in a way that meets required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and other recovery, and reduces the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. The contract period is 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The scope covers three waste streams: (a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, (b) selectively collected municipal waste, and (c) waste from the PSZOK. Mixed waste must be collected from containers or bags of 120 l or 240 l, collected twice a month. Each property must have at least one such container, and the property owner must supply the containers or bags. Selective waste must be collected in uniform bags of 50 to 120 l, colour-coded: blue for paper and cardboard, green for glass, yellow for metals and plastics (including multi-material packaging), and brown for bio-waste. Dry recyclables are collected once a month and bio-waste twice a month. The contractor must supply selective collection bags free of charge to residents, exchange an empty bag for each collected bag, and provide extra bags free of charge where a property generates larger volumes. For the PSZOK, the contractor must take away all quantities of household waste, including paper, glass, metal, plastics, multi-material packaging, bio-waste, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, used needles and syringes, batteries and accumulators, WEEE, bulky furniture, end-of-life tyres from passenger cars, household construction waste, and textiles and clothing. Waste is stored in containers from 120 l to 1100 l or KP7 type containers of 5 to 10 m3, placed on the collection point site. Collection is on demand, with no more than 7 days between the Contracting Authority's notification and collection. Estimated 2026 annual quantities, used as the planning basis: mixed waste 896.62 Mg, selective waste 128.42 Mg, PSZOK 47.86 Mg, total 1,072.90 Mg.
