About this tender
The buyer, Miasto i Gmina Kórnik, is procuring a comprehensive waste management service for municipal waste from the Kórnik city and gmina area. The waste types and estimated quantities are set out in Section III, item 3 of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), and the service period is set out in Section III, item 2 of the OPZ. The contract covers 2027 to 2029. The service has several components. The contractor must receive kerbside-collected waste at a site the contractor provides, and receive waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Czołów, Kórnik gmina, at a contractor-provided receiving site. The contractor must also accept waste from occasional collection campaigns, and process the accepted waste through recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) operations at a contractor-provided facility. The buyer requires all waste fractions to be processed at installations designated and provided by the contractor. These need not be the installations where the buyer delivered waste. The contractor may use third-party installations and may collect and store waste during the contract period, in line with the contract terms. The contractor must also meet reporting and information obligations and provide the conditions needed for the buyer's inspection and verification rights, together with services connected with the above.
