The Communauté d'Agglomération Béziers Méditerranée is procuring a framework agreement (accord-cadre) for the supply of containers, collection, transport to a transit centre, repackaging, and transport to the final treatment outlet for Household Specific Hazardous Waste (Déchets Diffus Spécifiques, DDS). The waste covered is DDS not handled by the Eco-DDS scheme and arising from the collection of bulky waste and from the communal waste collection centres. Collection points include the bulky-waste sorting platform at the ISDND in St Jean de Libron (Béziers), the communal waste centres of Béziers (CAPISCOL and MERCORENT), Villeneuve-les-Béziers, and Sauvian/Vendres. The framework is executed through purchase orders and paid on unit prices. The initial term is 2 years from 01/01/2027. It renews tacitly for two further periods of one year each, for a maximum duration of 4 years in total. Estimated contract values (excl. VAT): initial period EUR 40,000 minimum to EUR 400,000 maximum; each renewal period EUR 20,000 minimum to EUR 200,000 maximum. Across all periods this equals EUR 80,000 to EUR 800,000 (approx. USD 88,000 to USD 880,000 at the stated conversion rate).
