About this tender
The funder intends to construct a completely new heat plant for district heating production in Borgholm. The facility will be equipped with two (2) solid fuel boilers, one (1) oil boiler, and a smaller accumulator. The solid fuel boilers shall be 2 x 4.5 MW and the oil boiler 5 MW. The procurement and final contract is based on functional procurement in accordance with ABA 99 and LUF, which covers all electromechanical equipment from respective fuel storage to chimney outlet. The procurement is initiated with pre-qualification through this call for expressions of interest.
