About this tender

The Mairie de Perpignan is procuring works to equip the existing Las Canals irrigation canal with automated regulation devices. The devices will locally raise the water line at irrigation intakes (known as « ulls ») and automatically distribute the available flow among the different destinations. The works do not modify the intake on the Têt river and do not increase the volume withdrawn. The scope includes four automated regulation valves: Vanne n°1 at Mas d'en Burgat, immediately downstream of ull 25; Vanne n°2 at Mas Camot, immediately downstream of ull 82; Vanne n°3 at the Traversée du Ganganell; and Vanne n°4 at the bifurcation Perpignan / Villeneuve-de-la-Raho. For site n°3, the work is limited to motorising the existing equipment. The scope also includes sixteen local reductions (réductions ponctuelles) installed at the ulls or groups of ulls, which fall into three standard profile types defined in article 4.4 of the RC and plans 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 of the file. The main location is FRJ15, Pyrénées-Orientales. The CPV main code is 45246000 (hydraulic engineering works). The contract is a single lot, not divided into tranches, with no reserved share. The expected duration is 5 months. The notice was published on 21 October 2026.
